Please drop a copy of the applicant's baptism certificate in the "Primary Catechists" letterbox at the 2nd level lift landing. For transferring applicant, please obtain a transfer letter from the parish where the applicant last attended catechism and drop it in the "Primary Catechists" letterbox.
