Q: I've forgotten my password, how do I recover it?
You can recover your password by using the Recover Faith4Youth Information page. If you require further assistance feel free to email: techsupport@holyspiritfaith.org.
Q: I have more than one child, how do I register them?
You can register multiple children by using different usernames for each child. This helps us maintain applicants as individuals instead of groups.
Q: I'm receiving multiple emails after I register.
This will usually happen if you fill up the email fields with the same email address. This is a known issue and will be solved in the future. You may ignore multiple emails.
Q: Logging in doesn't seem to do anything, and I still can't see my application details in update registration!
This was a known bug with the Internet Explorer Web Browser and has been fixed, please try logging in again.
Q: What level of education should I register for, 2008 or 2009?
This field requires the applicant's level of education in the year 2009. Please amend your registration if you have selected the level of education in 2008.
